Martha Zimmerman

Martha Zimmerman is a graduate student at Saint Bonaventure University pursuing a Masters in Adolescent Education. She received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in History and Art History at the State University of New York at Geneseo. After completing her undergraduate degree, Martha relocated to Portland, Oregon. She began working with community organizations to reach racial equity in schools and society. It was during this time that she realized that she must return to school to pursue a degree in education so she can practice critical pedagogy in the classroom.

Martha is the Supervisor for the Center for Attention, Learning, and Memory at St. Bonaventure University. She is also a Project Leader at the center. She is the lead on grants and workshops.
